This image, titled "The Robertson Collection - Lot No. 156", is licensed under the following terms:

1. Parties & Agreement Acceptance

This license agreement is between Troy Schooneman (the "Licensor") and Mr. Andrea Papas, an author working on a book within the self-help and self-love genre (the "Licensee").

By downloading, storing, or using the image, the Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this license.

2. Image Delivery

The Licensor provides the Licensee with a 300 dpi high-resolution TIFF file of the image, with a file size of approximately 21MB. The Licensee is responsible for any additional formatting or adjustments required for book cover design and promotional use.

3. Copyright & Ownership

• The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the image.

• This license grants usage rights only as described below; it does not transfer or assign any ownership of the image to the Licensee.

• The Licensee may not claim authorship, trademark, or copyright over the image in any form.

4. Permitted Uses

The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the image strictly for the following purposes:

• As the cover of an upcoming book within the self-help and self-love genre, whether in print or digital format.

• In promotional and marketing materials directly related to the book, including but not limited to:

  • Social media and website use.

  • Online and print advertisements.

  • Promotional posters, flyers, and banners, provided they are used only for book promotion and are not sold separately.

5. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Use the image for any project unrelated to the book.

• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the image as a standalone product, including as an art print, stock image, or part of a licensing arrangement.

• Use the image on merchandise such as T-shirts, mugs, or other commercial products.

• Modify the image in a way that misrepresents the original work or damages the artist’s reputation.

Minor modifications, such as cropping, resizing, or color adjustments, are allowed for formatting and design purposes, provided the artistic integrity of the image is maintained.

6. Attribution

The following credit must appear within the book and in any promotional materials where image credits are typically given:
"Cover image by Troy Schooneman, www.troyschooneman.com, copyright © 2024."

7. License Fee & Duration

• Fee: 80 EUR / 130 AUD (one-time payment).

• Duration: Perpetual license for the permitted uses specified above.

8. Other Uses

For any use beyond what is expressly permitted in this agreement, the Licensee must obtain separate written approval from the Licensor.
